Adaptive Web Design

This website is a new approach to web site design (2012). Recognising the popular use of mobile web browsing the web page objects automatically adapt for ease of viewing on screen widths from Smart Phones to Tablets to Desktops. It is called Adaptive or Responsive Web Design. The goal is 'one design fits all'.

What are the benefits?

Hitherto, designers created two websites, one for desktop and one for mobile screens, a more costly solution.

Mobile users can easily read an adaptive website with minimal scrolling or zooming and are therefore, more likely to stay on site and contact the business.

With effect from 2013 all new standard designs created by me will be adaptive.
