Example HostCal Spreadsheet
This example spreadsheet is used by the Owner to set booked dates for the calendar to display. Those familiar with spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel will find this a convenient and simple way to keep the calendar up to date. However, it is possible, with care, to use a text editor such as WIndows Notepad.
The spreadsheet can also be used to hold your customer records such as contact details, payment status and comments.
The master spreadsheet is held by the Owner on their own computer and a copy uploaded to the Availability Calendar on the web.

How do I integrate the HostCal Availability Calendar with my web site? The simplest way is to provide a text or button web link on your site to the Availability Calendar web address that Web Works2 provides.
Can the HostCal Availability Calendar be styled to the same theme as my web site? Either you can create a new web page for your site using 'frame' techniques whereby the Availability Calendar is linked from a frame within your web page, or Web Works2 can theme the Availability Calendar in the style of your web page. The later is subject to a design charge.
Does the HostCal Availability Calendar display information such as the customers name ? No, the Availability Calendar only shows days that have been booked or are available to be booked.
Can the HostCal Availability Calendar show concurrent bookings? One calendar per property or room let.
