Inception

The Project Life Cycle commences with an initial free consultation to 'scope' the project and to identify your business offering, unique selling point (u.s.p.) and corporate image so that these aspects can be emphasised in the design. The consultation will be followed up with a written proposal that includes a site map, price quotation, timescale and terms & conditions. This forms the basis of the ensuing web site development.

Graphic Design

Upon order acceptance your Domain Name will be acquired and the graphic design commence. Either one or two graphic themes will be drafted and one selected by you for development. During this phase you will be collating text and images that you want to display on the web pages. But, we can help with some of this.

Functional Design

The various web pages are constructed and programming scripts designed to enable the required functionality. Throughout the build you can watch development of your site from a private web address. The pages are populated with text and images and techniques are applied to the page content to maximise ranking of the site in Search Engine indices. You are next invited to formally sign off the design and within a day or so, your web site will be viewable under its own Domain Name on the Internet. At the same time your email accounts and other services will be activated.

Post Design

But that is not the end - it's just the beginning. We shall submit the web site to major free listing search engines and online directories suited to your geographic area and products or service.

Each month you will receive a manuallly prepared report in plain English that shows how many visitors came to the site, where they came from, popularity ranking of pages and other useful marketing performance data including, Search Engine ranking and keyword analysis.
